These agreements involve Pinheiro Cobaltum's output of cobalt and dictate that all the materials obtained (referred to as the "Material") will be sold in their entirety to Pinheiro Cobaltum for the entire operational lifetime of any mines and facilities that are owned, bought or constructed by the company.

The cost for cobalt-containing materials in any physical form is decided through honest negotiations between the concerned parties, based on the current market rates for those copper products. The cost of cobalt metal that meets the requirements for use in the cobalt industry will be based on specific quotations, with adjustments for market-related premiums or discounts, taking into account the quality of cobalt produced by Pinheiro Cobaltum.

The community liaison and public relations group perform various tasks, including the following:

• Traveling to locations where Pinheiro Cobaltum conducts business to strengthen the company’s contacts with locals;
• Assisting communities in creating and organizing community committees by advising them in outlining the roles, duties, and tasks that the committees will be charged with carrying out, such as identifying and addressing community concerns;
• Putting in place mechanisms for complaints to make sure the company maintains its sensitivity to the areas in which it operates;
• Reporting on community development and setting up public meetings; reporting on local and national media coverage of the company;
• Participating in formal gatherings and activities sponsored by local government officials and overseeing local information sharing and communication.
